Founding members
Join while the directory is being built and you are a founding member. Your listing carries a crown, and your grade sits one step above your membership — so a founding Professional Plus member wears Platinum, the only grade that cannot be bought later.
Everyone starts on Community — free, and it puts you in the directory. Once your listing is approved you can sign in and upgrade whenever you like.

Listings are checked before they appear, so this is not instant. We expect members to hold the licences and insurance their trade requires and to describe their services honestly — the standards we expect set out the detail.
