What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- Event registration — your name, business name, email, phone, business type, website or social handle, number of places, and any dietary or accessibility requirements you tell us about.
- Contact form — your name, email, business, business type and message.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and there are no third-party embeds on this site.
Why we hold it
- To organise events and let you know what is happening with them.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To cater for dietary and accessibility needs — information you have chosen to share so that we can make the event work for you.
- To send occasional news about future events, but only if you ticked the box to say yes.
Who sees it
The organisers of Pawfessional Connections. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to other businesses. Where an event is held at a venue that needs numbers or dietary requirements in advance, we share only what that venue needs.
Where it is stored
In a database on the server that runs this website, hosted in the United Kingdom. It is not exported to any third-party marketing platform.
How long we keep it
Registration details are kept for as long as they are useful for organising and following up an event, and reviewed periodically after that. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Use the contact form and we will action it.
